SSABOLLEC FOREVER

I shall update, because I feel all fuzzy inside. Though I doubt this will do much justice to the seniors or how sad everyone is feeling.

It was the last performance with sec 4s yesterday. I think we're all really really sad and emotional. But don't cry anymore! It always is hard to let go of something close to heart. Though it may be sad that the seniors are leaving, they are moving on and there's much more to come for them and the rest of us too. Treasure what we have already and what we've had and smile :D

Darling seniors! We wish you best of luck in everything, we'll always remember you and all that you've taught us. You'll always be part of NYCO and CELLOBASS.

Oh hurrrah I'm still suffering from post concert depression :( Post concert depresso sucks. Roar. I want to play zhan ma and vivaldi again! And huang he :D

AND CONGRATS TO ME AND XIAO JASMINE OUR CELLO EXAM IS OVER :D:D Jia you to JIAYING! For your grade 4 exam. And NO I did not steal your snickys. Let's just buy a new pack of Snickys! We need food!

There's da zu tomorrow :D

I am staying up late to watch Project Runway! Project Runway is nicer than Singapore Idol. Go watch Project Runway :D

Haha I still haven't maded a layout for our cellobass blog :O

HELLO.

i bet everyone's feeling weird and a little depressed now that concert is over.
i don't mind going up on stage to perform again, though the feeling backstage is real horrible.

anyway, everyone did their best on stage!
the audience was happy, the concert worthed much more than just $10.
there were many "first"s for all of us.
we all enjoyed ourselves, tremendously! :DD
our hard work paid off!

HEH, good memories ah. must keep the program booklets nicely okay! when we grow up we can show our families, and recap about all those things that happened last sunday night.

i think the glitches here and there made the concert more unique and memorable, perhaps just for us performers.

- the emcee forgot to speak when we were backstage. our hearts were like breaking through the ribcage and crushing the lungs, then dig a way through the flesh on our chests, and finally jump out. (hi this is a bit sadistic and there's many grammatical errors, children under the age of 6 pls erase everything you've just read, for those under 12 pls seek parent guidance and consent) -

- maureen's stopper rolled off when we were getting in for ling an! it rolled all the way to guzheng and i digged it out with my bow. MAUREEN I SAVED YOUR STOPPER! -

- one of percussion's erm i dunno what's it called, stick?, the furry ball broke off -

eh just to share, my friends think that zhan ma and vivaldi were the nicest sectional items, and they especially enjoyed vivaldi. reason being it sounded like canon.

YESTERDAY.

Our months of practice in preparation of NYCO concert was over in 1 night. BUT our enthusiam for NYCO will still remain! Especially our love for ssabollec! <3

I think that quite a sum of people think that cellobass very pro X\ hahahaha. Those in front may be able to hear our bu-zhun-ness but then most people can't! HAhaHAha. Anyway, I think that we tried our best on stage for zhanma and vivaldi. We practised like a zillion times for this, and though we did not produce as good music as we did during some of our practices, we did our best. That is the most important thing of all. Including the fact that we LOVE each other. =D SO, to the "solo-ist"s: Jiaying,Maureen and Andrea, don't feel sad le! None of our cellos zou-ying on stage and we played the whole song "quite" sucessfully. ;)

Since the concert is over, I feel like a bigg rock is lifted off my shoulders! WAHAHAH. BUDDEN it feels weird that we are no longer going to practise our dazu pieces and stuff. Now we are left only with LINGAN for esplanade. SO jiayou ssabollec! Do you think we can still practise our 2songs sometimes? hehheh. actually it is the only 2songs we are quite good at? =D

then SOOOOON, we are going to start our syf pieces. hahah. SHI JIAN GUO DE HEN KUAI. then it will be december holiday pracs! it is always the beginning that is the most tedious. Hais.

2nd JULY 2006. WHAT A WONDERFUL DAY! nyco rocked SCH.
